Spam and Advertising

• 1.0.0 | SPAM and any type of advertising are strictly forbidden; for example: sending links for advertising purposes in public chat or in private to server users.

Prohibited Content

• 1.0.1 | PROHIBITED CONTENT. Sending or transmitting prohibited content in chat/voice, such as pornographic/child pornographic, violent/gore, illegal drugs/criminal activities, scams/malware, results in a penalty that can range from a timeout to a ban from the server, with the user being reported to Discord.

Insults and Toxic Behavior

• 1.0.1 | INSULTS. Insulting players / staff members / the server in chat or voice chat and/or displaying a toxic attitude results in a penalty—from a possible mute up to a ban from the server.

Threats

• 1.1 | THREATS. Threats are not tolerated; any form of threat intended to intimidate the player/staff is strictly prohibited (in some cases, it is not required for the threat to be actually written/said in the Discord server).

Doxing

• 1.4.2 | DOXING. Doxing and/or the publication of personal data concerning individuals or the server results in a permanent penalty and, in serious cases, at the victim's discretion, the server may provide chats for potential legal consequences.

Chat Retention

• 1.0.0 | CHAT RETENTION. After a message/file/link/image is posted, even if it is deleted or edited, it will remain saved and will be visible only to the head staff for security purposes indefinitely, even if the user is banned or leaves the Discord server.

Ticket Retention

• 1.0.1 | TICKET RETENTION. After a ticket is closed, the transcript (ticket content) will be automatically sent privately by the verified bot to the user who created the ticket, and a copy will remain accessible to the head staff. It is strictly forbidden to share/publish the content of the ticket with external parties; violation results in a penalty that can range from a timeout to a permanent ban.

Sensitive Ticket Retention

• 1.0.2 | SENSITIVE TICKET RETENTION. After a ticket is created in the account or payments section, a specific message will be attached; this results in limited channel access only to the admin role or higher. After the ticket is closed, the transcript (ticket content) will not be created for the following reasons: risk of disclosure of sensitive data (bank coordinates, potential gift card codes, or account-related passwords).
