* **1.0.0 | Flood** – Repeating the same message or excessively extending words.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 20 minutes – 1 hour mute</mark>
* **1.1.0 | Spam** – Repetitive or unnecessary messages, or unauthorized advertising.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 7 – 30 days ban</mark>
* **1.1.1 | IP / Link Advertising** – Promoting other Minecraft servers or websites using IPs or links.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: Permanent ban</mark>
* **1.1.2 | Insults** – Offensive messages towards users, staff, or the server.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 1 hour – 7 days</mark>
* **1.1.3 | Toxic Behavior** – Provocative, hostile, or disturbing attitudes.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 3 hours</mark>
* **1.2.0 | Discrimination** – Offensive comments regarding ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities, or similar.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 3 days ban</mark>
* **1.2.1 | Threats** – Threatening death, DDoS, dox, botting, or harm to the server/users.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: 7 days – permanent</mark>
* **1.3.0 | Dox** – Publishing or sharing personal or sensitive data of a user.\ <mark style="color:red;">Penalty: Permanent ban</mark>
* **1.3.1 | Definition of DOX** – Any private information: personal data, IP address, home address, passwords, private images, documents.
